This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to the AAKRITI 2023

Following is the policy for refund of registration charges. The amount paid towards the

registration for any event with respect to AAKRITI 2023 will not be refundable.

The registration charges paid can be interchanged for different events and are permitted only till

the participants freeze their registration. Once frozen, the fee paid can not be used for change

over the events.

The registration charges are refunded only if the events to which the participants are canceled for

any reason.

All payments are made only through cheque. No cash transactions are entertained for any reason.
